In Chrome:
Open “Tools” menu
Select “Settings”
Near the bottom of the page, click “Show advanced settings”
In the “Privacy” section, click “Content settings”
In the “Cookies” section, Click “All cookies and site data” to open the Cookies and site data dialog
You can either “Remove all” to delete all cookies, or select cookies from specified websites and delete them
When you are finished.

In Chrome:
Open the “Tools” menu
Select “Settings”
Click on the “Show advanced settings” link
Under Privacy, click “Content settings”
Under Cookies, choose from the following options: “Allow local data to be set”, “Keep local data only until I quit my browser”, “Block sites from setting any data”, or “Block third-party cookies and site data”
